Important Update

I'm writing to inform you that PaiLeaw has been discontinued its service.

What's Happening

I have received legal concerns regarding certain aspects of PaiLeaw's operations. Out of an abundance of caution and while discussions are ongoing, I've made the decision to immediately discontinue the app's real-time functionality.

App Store Availability

Since we identified this issue, the app has been removed from the App Store as of October 14, 2025. This means no new users can download the app

Refund Information

Unfortunately, due to Apple's policies, I cannot see who has purchased the app or contact purchasers directly. Therefore, I'm requesting that everyone who purchased PaiLeaw submit a refund request through Apple's system.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Select "I would like to... Request a refund"
  4. Select "My purchase does not work as expected"
  5. Click "Next"
  6. Find and select PaiLeaw in your purchase history
  7. Provide your reason and submit

Apple typically processes refunds within a few days.
